Overview:

Finding a turnkey solution to manage print and fulfillment, while simultaneously delivering a cost-effective, quick to market solution — that met all regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry — was a challenge.

Program:

Spire’s depth of programming resources, offset and digital print capabilities, and custom client solution model checked all the boxes. We developed a custom storefront for all marketing materials and programs. Print-on-demand and fulfillment-on-demand (including collateral, trade show materials, and promotional items) were built to specification. User group management ensures access to appropriate materials for national sales reps. Custom technology delivers real-time inventory tracking, automated expiration date notification, automated low inventory notification, and robust reporting and tracking.

A single-source solution controls brand consistency across all print, promotional and trade show materials. And, third-party integration enables automated fulfillment of patient information and welcome kits.

Results:

A 33% reduction in print to delivery, and improved administrative dependence allowed client marketing team more time to focus on new programs and products. There are no longer ‘out of inventory’ issues for critical items, and access to materials is in 100% compliance to dated regulatory approval cycles. Finally, the client enjoys reduced costs through structural re-engineering to ensure USPS automation compliance and production efficiency.
