We founded our business on high-quality offset and digital printing when it was a cutting-edge technology. And for more than 30 years, we’ve stayed true to our roots: delivering innovative technical solutions with a passion for quality.
We’ve built a vast range of services: from custom digital storefronts to complex customer journeys, from traditional offset printing to high-volume direct mail services, plus email, social and mobile marketing, and more. It’s all driven by proprietary management and analytics tools, and all housed in a single highly secure facility.

Rick Dyer, President
President and co-founder, Stanford graduate Rick Dyer lends his business acumen to solving strategic initiatives for our industry leading clients. With subject matter expertise in both print production and technology, Rick’s creative solutions deliver cutting edge programs to give our clients a competitive advantage in their market.
Skip Dyer, Executive Vice President
Executive Vice President and co-founder, Skip Dyer leads and manages all aspects of, administration, business development and client services. Skip’s significant experience with digital and offset printing, as well as with digital communication tools, enables him to develop and implement value added solutions for Spire's customers. He’s received numerous awards including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Print on Demand Pioneer. He was the founder and first President of the Chromapress Users Group.
Julie Duffy, Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer since 1997, leading our Accounting and Finance Team, Julie is responsible for managing the organization’s finances, financial reporting, auditing and capital investments.
Jennifer Connors, Controller
Controller since 1998, Jen oversees all employees involved in the accounting process and is responsible for managing the organization’s accounting records, financial reports, payroll, inventory and compliance.
George Xifaras, CTO
George brings over twenty years of in-depth experience working on enterprise systems development, installation, and deployment for high compliance, time sensitive business solutions. With a strategic view of technology, George works closely with IT infrastructure and understands enterprise multi-platform environments and secure network topologies. He’s also a skilled Enterprise Application Architect with in-depth knowledge of latest .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C# and COM+ Objects.
Marie Reenstierna, Human Resources
Human Resources Manager since 2006, Marie is responsible for recruiting, training, employee relations, benefits management and coordinating the administrative functions of the organization.
