For a major automotive client, Spire developed automation for the efficient transfer of millions of one-to-one four-color direct mail pieces. API integration and automated data hygiene and proofing added to the efficiencies. Structural reengineering delivered both cost and time to market improvements. And, enhanced data hygiene with ACS services to flag and eliminate ‘non-mailable’ pieces reduced ‘wasted mail,’ to deliver additional postage savings.
Results:
Time to market was reduced from 12 days to 6 days. The client realized postage savings of over $750,000 annually, as well as a 20% reduction in production costs. Enhanced mail tracking provided value-added details for proving ROI and enhancing new business development.
