We are required by HIPAA to protect the privacy of any client supplied customer protected health information (PHI). Our company has internal policies that outline how we handle PHI data for our clients and we sign business associate agreements (BAA) that define specifics for PHI data security. If a customer or our client has any issues the customer should contact our client who supplied their information for us to process within the marketing campaign. We use PHI only for the creation of marketing materials to allow our clients to communicate with their customers. You have the right to access, amend, and request restrictions on your PHI, which should be directed to our client who provided your PHI information for a marketing or communications campaign. In case of a breach, we have contractual obligations to contact our client promptly who will notify you “the customer” of the breach.

Our organization will on an as needed basis transfer information to our third-party vendors for the purposes of completing specific aspects of our client’s work. Information is regularly purged, and our third-party vendors are vetted by us.
